Provided construction and schedule management services for the 18- month construction duration. The project consists of 4 floors of type V construction over 1 floor of type 1 construction. Floor 1 was on grade and included 11,500 s.f. of retail, parking, and lobby/common space. Floors 2-5 were composed of 44 units ranging from 300-800sf. The project will help provide housing for the homeless as well as persons with special needs.
